Saare Koda / Saare House

In September 2022 we will open a new building called Saare Koda where we could introduce our guests local traditions through different activities. It helps us to reduce seasonality and increase the number of visitors. As a result of project there will be a multifunctional building , where guests can spend their free time, where we can open a place to offer lunch and dinner, organize workshops and thematic events.

Project is co-financed by Enterprise Estonia with 200,000 euros. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Spaa

2022. a alguses valmib Läätsa Holiday Homes´i spaa hoone, mille ehitust on rahastatud Euroopa Maaelu Arengu Põllumajandusfondi vahenditest. Kahekorruselise maja esimesel korrusel asuvad basseinid ja saunad ning teisel korrusel hoolitsuste ruumid. Eesmärgiks on tõsta majutuskoha atraktiivsust ning suurendada pakutavate teenuste valikut.

Reception room

In January 2021 we opened a reception room where we can also offer breakfast to our guests.
